Build your record first. If you later choose Public, Settings shows one complete disclosure and one deliberate acknowledgement.
Public is one reviewed, all-or-nothing profile bundle. Notes, email, private group names, invites, activity check-in times, and security data stay private.

Current and longest streak; total reset count; reset counts for the current and previous seven-day windows; average gap; latest reset date and time; the latest five reset timestamps; and the 30-day heatmap.
Roast level; badge and title derived from current streak, total reset count, and roast level; comeback and improvement scores; achievements; nonarchived active group count without group names or membership details; and applicable public leaderboard positions.
Relapse notes, email, private group names and membership details, invite data, exact activity check-in times, and security, audit, or device data. Settings shows this disclosure before opt-in, and you can switch back immediately.

Yes. Accounts start Private. Settings offers one Private/Public choice, Public requires the complete reviewed disclosure, and you can switch back to Private immediately. Public profiles are not included in the search sitemap by default.
No. Private notes stay out of public pages, leaderboards, groups, SEO metadata, and structured data.
